Jeff joined the firm in 2000 and is the managing shareholder with Greene & Reid, PLLC. He focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims and has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, dog bites, property defects, slip-and-fall accidents arising from snow and ice, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and abuse claims, and accidents caused by defectively designed products. He has also successfully represented several clients in claims against insurance companies for breach of their no-fault benefits. Jeff is a graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School, St. Lawrence University (B.A. Economics) and Syracuse University College of Law. Prior to joining the law firm of Greene & Reid, PLLC, Jeff practiced law in Cortland, New York and was also the Assistant Corporation Counsel and City Prosecutor for the City of Cortland for several years. Jeff continues to prosecute criminal matters in Cortland County as a Special Prosecutor. He lectures to other lawyers in continuing legal education programs.

He is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and was recently admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar. He is a member of the Onondaga County, Cortland County and New York State Bar Associations. His other memberships include the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, nursing home litigation group (AAJ), Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He is also a volunteer coach for several youth programs including lacrosse, soccer and basketball and, in his spare time, enjoys golfing, basketball, fitness training, reading and spending time with his wife Penny and three children. While in high school, Jeff was elected to the Jamesville-Dewitt Hall-of-Fame for lacrosse.
